"A chaffle is a savory or sweet dish made with an egg and cheese batter that is cooked in a waffle iron. The name is derived from the combination of "cheese" and "waffle". They are a popular snack or meal, especially for those on a low-carb or keto diet. My "secret" ingredient is a duck egg!! It makes the chaffle sooo much fluffier....."
