"Tastes just like a great steak at your favorite Steak House... The lemon really tenderizes the steak and this is one of the best marinades I have tried so far. The sea salt makes the steak as salty as when you eat a steak out in a restaurant, so if you don't like it quite as salty, lower or omit the amount in the marinade and add it at the table. The marinade is enough for l large steak, or 2 smaller ones. PLEASE NOTE: The steak has to marinate for 8-24 hours, so PLAN AHEAD! Give it a try and let me know what ya think! Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place all the ingredients but the steaks in a freezer bag (or you can put it all in a blender if you prefer).
Step 2
Shake the bag to mix everything together. Add the steaks, seal the top of the bag and mush the bag with your hands, to saturate the steaks.
Step 3
Let marinate for at least 8 hours, and up to 24 (or freeze the bag with the steaks and make it later).
Step 4
For the best taste, grill your steaks!
