"This marinade is one I use often with those tough cuts of meat; the longer the meat sits in the marinade the more tender it becomes. This is enough to use with 1 pound of meat."

Step by Step Method

Mix all the ingredients together and place in a re-sealable plastic bag with the meat.

Allow to marinate at least 12 hours. (I let mine marinate for 24 hours.)
