  • 1/4 cup beer (I use pale ale)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together and place in a re-sealable plastic bag with the meat.

  • Step 2: Allow to marinate at least 12 hours. (I let mine marinate for 24 hours.)
