Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2

While oven is preheating, saute bell pepper, onion, and garlic until soft and slightly brown and caramelized.

Step 3

Mix seasoned salt, lemon juice, honey mustard, teriyaki sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.

Step 4

Place fish in baking dish prepared with cooking spray and spread mustard sauce on top. Arrange bell pepper, onion, and garlic over fish.

Step 5

Bake until fish is easily flaked with a fork, 15-20 minutes.

Wow! Delicious and extremely moist fish. I used whole grain honey mustard. The combo of flavors were amazing and the cooking time was spot on. I also sped up the cooking process by microwaving the sliced onions for two minutes and bell pepper pieces for an additional two minutes before sauting them for an additional two minutes with the garlic. Thanks for posting! :D
