  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 whole onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350.

  • Step 2: While oven is preheating, saute bell pepper, onion, and garlic until soft and slightly brown and caramelized.

  • Step 3: Mix seasoned salt, lemon juice, honey mustard, teriyaki sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.

  • Step 4: Place fish in baking dish prepared with cooking spray and spread mustard sauce on top. Arrange bell pepper, onion, and garlic over fish.

  • Step 5: Bake until fish is easily flaked with a fork, 15-20 minutes.
