Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain.
Sauce
Step 2
In large stock pot, heat the oil.
Step 3
Add onions and peppers and cook until softened.
Step 4
Add ground beef and cook until brown.
Step 5
Add garlic, chili powder, tomato sauce and tomatoes.
Step 6
Add corn and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 7
Season to taste.
Step 8
Add pasta and mix well.
Step 9
Pour into 2 greased casserole dishes.
Step 10
Sprinkle with with cheese,American or cheddar your choice.
Step 11
Cover with aluminum foil.
Step 12
Cook one or both.
Step 13
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
