Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces) dry sea shell pasta (1 box)
  • 6 cups water boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 cups creamed corn
  • 7 ounces tomato sauce (1 can)
  • 28 ounces tomatoes, diced (1 can)
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 7 ounces black olives, sliced (1 can)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain.

  • Sauce

  • Step 2: In large stock pot, heat the oil.

  • Step 3: Add onions and peppers and cook until softened.

  • Step 4: Add ground beef and cook until brown.

  • Step 5: Add garlic, chili powder, tomato sauce and tomatoes.

  • Step 6: Add corn and Worcestershire sauce.

  • Step 7: Season to taste.

  • Step 8: Add pasta and mix well.

  • Step 9: Pour into 2 greased casserole dishes.

  • Step 10: Sprinkle with with cheese,American or cheddar your choice.

  • Step 11: Cover with aluminum foil.

  • Step 12: Cook one or both.

  • Step 13: Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
