I made this for breakfast this morning. I thought it would be much more sweet. It was not. However, I was fine with that because I don't need it anyway, LOL. I had scottish oatmeal, so I halved the amount of the oatmeal because it seems to make much more than rolled. I'll make it again for sure. I made this for the 2019 Alphabet Soup Forum Game. P.S. November 2020-- I just had this with part of a can of pumpkin puree that I had left over. I used it instead of sweet potato. It was also good. It was sweet. I would also recommend doing it this way. I don't know how much I had. It was less than half a can, for sure. I used thick rolled oats. It is the pic on the black table.
