Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix everything together in a large ziplock bag or glass baking dish (non-reactive) and add the steak. Make sure to flip over, so the steak is well covered on both sides with the marinade. Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap. Marinade as long as you want. NOTE: This will marinate a 1 to 3-3 1/2 lb steak.
Step 2
Make sure to let the steak come to room temp (or take the chill off) before grilling. ENJOY!
