"I got this off a turkey website. It went with a Bourbon glazed turkey and apple hash. This was a very tasty mustard. I halved this recipe when I made it and it was plenty. I posted the apple hash recipe also."

This has a great flavor, the texture was very different from any mustard that you buy in a store, because of the cholesterol amount I'm wondering if the yolks could be reduced, otherwise we loved it as a dipping sauce for chicken fingers, thanks very much Engrossed!

I made a half recipe of this so I could use it on my ham sandwich today... It was very good. I will enjoy using it again this week for lunches!
