Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Step 2
Place it all in a stand mixer with a paddle attachment.
Step 3
Mix until smooth ( don't over mix).
Step 4
Pour into 6 prepared muffin paper cups, in a muffin pan.
Step 5
Bake for approx 30 minutes or until golden brown and the top springs back when touched.
Step 6
Let cool in the muffin pan ( on the wire rack) for 15 minutes, then remove the muffins and cool completely.
