Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pour each packet of gelatin into a separate mixing bowl (keep flavors separate)
Step 2
Add 6 oz. boiling water to each bowl and stir until gelatin is dissolved
Step 3
Let cool until steam is no longer rising and bowl is cool to the touch
Step 4
Gently stir 8 oz. of zero-calorie lemon-lime soda/sparkling water into lemon gelatin (you want to keep some fizz)
Step 5
Gently stir 8 oz. of zero-calorie berry soda/sparkling water into strawberry gelatin (you want to keep some fizz)
Step 6
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until the gelatin sets but is not solid
Step 7
Whip 4 oz. of yogurt into each flavor
Step 8
Refrigerate for 20 - 30 minutes until the gelatin sets but is not solid
Step 9
Gently layer alternating flavors in each glass making 3 layers
NOTE: you will have 4 lemon-strawberry-lemon and 4 strawberry-lemon-strawberry
Step 10
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set
