Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a skillet, add the cooking oil and the chopped onion. Cook until the onions start to become translucent.

Step 2

Add the hamburger and cook until it's browned.

Very good, filling and easy -- what more can you ask for on a busy day. I only had a small can of pork & beans (8 oz), so next time will be sure to have the right size can. I also used garlic salt, so skipped the garlic powder. Easy and good. Thanks for sharing!

Really simple filling .I cooked cabbage separately as Mr pickly whines whe food is mixed lol I tasted the mixed product and it was very good

This was an easy comfort food that came together quickly. Made 1/2 the recipe for the two of us. Initially, I hesitated to use baked beans, because I had some black beans that needed to be used up, but I'm glad I did. The slight sweetness of the beans went well with the other ingredients.
