"I was looking for a way to get rid of some leftovers before going on vacation and came up with this.You can use whatever BBQ Sauce and Cajun Spice Mix you like,but if you do you will end up with different dish all together(but, isn't that half the fun of cooking ?)I used Sweet Baby Ray's " Sweet Vidalia Onion BBQ Sauce and Bergy's Cajun Spice Mix (which is found on this site).If you don't have the pasta called for in the recipe, just use what you have on hand. The " Cook Time " includes the cooking and baking of the pasta. " Keep Smiling :)"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Step 2
Mix together BBQ sauce and pork,then set aside.
Step 3
If you haven't cooked the pasta, cook according to package directions,drain and set aside.
Step 4
In a large saucepan,over medium heat melt margarine and add flour;stirring until well blended.
Step 5
Stir in milk a little at a time, until desired thickness is reached.
Step 6
Turn heat to low, add Velveeta and stir until cheese is completely blended.
Step 7
Add Cajun Spice,BBQ pork,and pasta stir until everything is combined well.
Step 8
Pour into a 11 x 9 inch which has been prepared with cooking spray.
Step 9
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
