Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/4 cup of BBQ Pork
  • 1 1/2 cups of BBQ Sauce
  • 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni (1 1/2 cups dry)
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (may not need all the milk)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun Spice Mix (can use more if you like)
  • 4 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • Cooking spray

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  • Step 2: Mix together BBQ sauce and pork,then set aside.

  • Step 3: If you haven't cooked the pasta, cook according to package directions,drain and set aside.

  • Step 4: In a large saucepan,over medium heat melt margarine and add flour;stirring until well blended.

  • Step 5: Stir in milk a little at a time, until desired thickness is reached.

  • Step 6: Turn heat to low, add Velveeta and stir until cheese is completely blended.

  • Step 7: Add Cajun Spice,BBQ pork,and pasta stir until everything is combined well.

  • Step 8: Pour into a 11 x 9 inch which has been prepared with cooking spray.

  • Step 9: Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
