"I found this recipe in the TOH's Quick Cooking 2013 cookbook it was sent in to them by David Dalton from Orleans, Indiana. So I thought I would give it try.For the Creole Seasoning I used Sue Lau's #recipe8484. The original recipe made 4 4 ounce patties, but I decided to make 8 2 ounce sliders. The ground beef I used was a 70/30 blend, but it really shrunk. I would suggest using a very lean ground beef.Since I don't have a grill, the burgers were pan fried in a cast iron skillet.Serve with your favorite burger toppings. I'm not going to list buns as an ingredient because some of your are watching carbs,so if you want to use buns that's up to you. Posted to " ZAZZ " on May 28th.2014. " Keep Smiling :)"
