Spiced Grilled Sweet Potato Rounds With Dipping Sauce

Step 1

Mix yogurt, honey and sriracha in a bow; refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 2

Heat gas grill to medium-heat or charcoal until ashes are white.

Step 3

Toss sweet potato rounds with oil, salt, garlic, cumin, pepper and cayenne. Place on grill, cook 10-15 minutes, turning once until tender. Serve with honey sriracha sauce.

Step 4

Refrigerate leftovers.

I was not able to cook these on the grill due to pouring rain so I placed the rounds on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper that I coated with avocado oil. I then cooked them at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes turning them over half way through and served them with the delicious dipping sauce. This worked great.
