  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce (sriracha)
  • 1 pound sweet potatoes (scrubbed and cut into 1/2 -inch thick rounds, 2)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix yogurt, honey and sriracha in a bowl; refrigerate until ready to use.

  • Step 2: Heat gas grill to medium-heat or charcoal until ashes are white.

  • Step 3: Toss sweet potato rounds with oil, salt, garlic, cumin, pepper and cayenne. Place on grill, cook 10-15 minutes, turning once until tender. Serve with honey sriracha sauce.
