Sourdough Biscuits

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Stir together the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
Step 2
Cut in the the butter into the flour until incorporated.
Step 3
Stir in the sourdough starter.
Step 4
Turn the dough out on a lightly floured surface.
Step 5
Need until flour is in mixed in.
Step 6
Place in a greased bowl and cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 7
Remove dough from the refrigerator 45 minutes prior to baking.
Step 8
Allow the dough to rest at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
Step 9
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 10
Roll or pat the dough out to 3/4 inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter or knife (for square biscuits).
Step 11
Place on baking sheet and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
Step 12
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
