" This is just a basic recipe for roasting parsnips, There are so many ways to enjoy this healthy tasty recipe. If you look at my recipes I think I have posted around 5 or 6. Try them you may just LOVE them. You may wish to cut out the core if they are large parsnips. Sometime I do and sometimes I just leave the core in."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Precook the prepared parsnips for 3 minutes. just pop them into boiling water, when the water returns to a boil allow to cook 1 minute
Step 2
Toss the parsnips with the oil, place in a single layer in a baking dish
Step 3
Sprinkle with salt and pepper - place in pre heated 450f for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden
