"I had some leftover Sausage Balls and I didn't want to eat them as the same ol' thing again. So, I came up with the following recipe to re-use them as a breakfast item. Step by Step Method

Step 1

Take and cut each sausage ball into 4 pieces.

Step 2

In a medium skillet,lightly brown in 1 Tablespoon of margarine over medium heat.

Step 3

Add remaining margarine and let melt, then add beaten egg and scramble until eggs are done to your liking.

Step 4

Serve with your favorite style of potatoes and enjoy :) !

Great way to use up left over meatballs - In my case it was a leftover burger patty. I served the eggs with toast, pepper scramble and some hot salsa. Thanks CSW for a lovely Sunday Brunch
