"The original recipe was found in one of those Brand Name Cookbooks. And you know me,I had to change it a bit.Instead of peas,I used the same amount of leftover vegetables.The original ingredients are in parenthesis.Posted to " ZAZZ " on 2/26/15. " Keep Smiling :)"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat,add butter and mushrooms,cook until mushrooms until lightly browned.
Step 2
Add vegetables,soup,milk,and pepper then bring to a boil.
Step 3
Reduce heat,cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in rice,cover and remove from heat.
Step 5
After 5 minutes,stir in garlic powder and additional pepper if needed.
