Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat,add butter and mushrooms,cook until mushrooms until lightly browned.
Step 2: Add vegetables,soup,milk,and pepper then bring to a boil.
Step 3: Reduce heat,cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Stir in rice,cover and remove from heat.
Step 5: After 5 minutes,stir in garlic powder and additional pepper if needed.
