"This is a simple and quick sauce to serve with seafood; but, it is also delicious with fries, onion rings - or any fried vegetables. It's like a tarter or a remoulade, but less ingredients. My tarter has lemon and capers; and, my remoulade, has quite a few more ingredients as well. So, this is something in between. I call it my 'Everything Sauce,' at home."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Sauce ... Add everything to a small food processor, and puree or pulse until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to use. It is best if it is made in advance. And, it will last up to 4 days in the refrigerator. As I said, sometimes I will throw some dill pickles in for a little 'tang;' it just all depends - it isn't necessary.

Step 2

Serve ... As I said - this is especially good with fried seafood; but, also good with fried onions, mushrooms, fries, vegetables, etc. It is really very versatile. ENJOY!

This is a great tasting sauce I served up with https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/seasoned-tilapia-fillets-13685 and they went well together. It has just a hint of heat which we loved.
