Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (no miracle whip)
  • 1 garlic clove (small clove, rough chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon grated shallot
  • Dill pickle relish (1-2 teaspoons or chopped dill pickles, optional)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce (to taste)
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon siracha sauce (to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sauce ... Add everything to a small food processor, and puree or pulse until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to use. It is best if it is made in advance. And, it will last up to 4 days in the refrigerator. As I said, sometimes I will throw some dill pickles in for a little 'tang;' it just all depends - it isn't necessary.

  • Step 2: Serve ... As I said - this is especially good with fried seafood; but, also good with fried onions, mushrooms, fries, vegetables, etc. It is really very versatile. ENJOY!
