Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine eggs, milk; stir in crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage, and pepper. Add beef; mix well.
Step 2
Pat into a loaf pan and bake for 1 and 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.
Step 3
Spoon off excess fat.
Step 4
Combine ketchup, sugar, and dry mustard; spread over meat.
Step 5
Return to oven for 10 minutes.
