"Very attractive looking appy! and good too. Had some ladies over for a "crafty evening", making little Christmas thingies, the spirals went over big, and the ladies took the recipe, from "Women's world"."

These are great little spirals I served up for a girls' get together and they were enjoyed by all. Made for the Alphabet Soup Recipe Tag Game. Added December 2014: I have made these many times now and they are always a hit. This time I used 8 ounces left-over roast beef that I ground up and mixed with the remaining ingredients and this worked perfectly!

I just saw these in the pictures scrolling by and reminded me that I made them and I never reviewed them. I'm so sorry. I made them a couple of months ago for a lady I cook for. She loved them. It was for her card/game night and she said her friends thought they were delicious ... all but one, but she didn't like horseradish sauce. I of course had to try one before I took it over ... Quality Control :), but they were delicious. I did add spinach to mine, but it would of been equally as good without. Great recipe! Perfect for summer BBQ's, pot lucks, parties, or just a light snack or even a light dinner.

Nice and easy. I really enjoy being able to make these ahead of time and then enjoy them in the evening. Nice presentation and tasty. Thanks for a new favorite snack.

These are currently chillin' in the refrigerator, but I can already tell that the end result will be extremely good. The horseradish is a perfectly wonderful addition to go with the beef. I split the recipe into two preparations -- one with tortillas and thinly sliced beef and one without the tortillas, using thicker sliced beef as the base to roll the cheese mix in. Both rolled with ease and will provide a treat for those who love tortillas and for those who avoid flour/bread. A handy dandy recipe in my book.

Wow, fantastic! I couldn't wait for the weekend to serve these to guests. I've fixed something similar with salami, cream cheese, green onions and lettuce so I knew they'd be pretty good. One of us doesn't care for horseradish so I mixed it and used it as a dipping sauce instead. (I love horseradish!) Yummy! I liked them wayyy better than the salami spirals. Thanks for sharing Derf!
