First of all, the name of this recipe delighted my kids. They spent the entire dinner trying to figure out what kind of meat we were eating... only to be disappointed when I admitted it was hamburger at the end of the meal. Meat was very flavorful (tasted a lot like a meatloaf) and the onions, mushrooms and cheese were a great compliment!
