Step 1
Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmer water and stir with a metal spoon for 5 minutes or until chocolate melts and is smooth.
Step 3
Use a sharp knife to remove the orange portion of the licorice allsort and cut the orange portion into long triangles to resemble carrot noses.
Step 4
Pour melted chocolate over the lined tray and using a [palette knife to spread to a 25cm x 35cm rectangle.
Step 5
Arrange cut pretzels for arms and press licorice triangles into marshmallows to make noes.
Step 6
Place M&M's and whole pretzels on the chocolate to make reindeer faces.
Step 7
Sprinkle over the chocolate sprinkles and using icing to pipe for the eyes of the reindeer and snowmen.
Step 8
Set aside for 30 minutes to set and then break into large pieces.
