Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 250 grams dark chocolate (or milk chocolate melts)
  • Orange licorice allsort (1 licorice)
  • White marshmallows, halved crossways (9 marshmallws)
  • Pretzel stick, cut into 1cm lengths (1 stick)
  • M&M's candies (12 blue candies)
  • M&M's candies (6 red candies)
  • Mini pretzels (12 pretzels)
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate sprinkles
  • Dark chocolate writing icing, to decorate

How to Make

  • Step 1: Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

  • Step 2: Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmer water and stir with a metal spoon for 5 minutes or until chocolate melts and is smooth.

  • Step 3: Use a sharp knife to remove the orange portion of the licorice allsort and cut the orange portion into long triangles to resemble carrot noses.

  • Step 4: Pour melted chocolate over the lined tray and using a [palette knife to spread to a 25cm x 35cm rectangle.

  • Step 5: Arrange cut pretzels for arms and press licorice triangles into marshmallows to make noes.

  • Step 6: Place M&M's and whole pretzels on the chocolate to make reindeer faces.

  • Step 7: Sprinkle over the chocolate sprinkles and using icing to pipe for the eyes of the reindeer and snowmen.

  • Step 8: Set aside for 30 minutes to set and then break into large pieces.
