"Measurements on this one are pretty accurate, although I usually just wing it when I make this. It was born one day when I was bored with pork chops (a lot of my recipes are born out of boredom) and figured I'd try something different. If you get the timing right, you'll be able to use the baked marinade over your baked potatoes in place of sour cream."

Made these today for lunch cutting the recipe down for 1 serving. Turned out rubbery and bland.

Pork chops were on-sale at our favorite grocery store, so I went looking for an easy-fix new recipe. I used the same marinade/sauce ingredient amts for 4 chops vs 2 per the recipe & it worked for us. I'm sure I reduced the # of calories & sodium level (my main goal as DH is salt-restricted post kidney transplant). I'm trying to avoid the use of soy sauce so often & I learned a lesson from your recipe. Worcestershire sauce may be my new "hero" as it clearly added a ton of flavor. Next time I'll be sure to have rice, potatoes or a pasta side-dish for the tasty sauce. Thx for sharing this sure to-be-repeated recipe w/us. (A pic will post later tonight or tomorrow) :-)
