Step 1: Wash pork chops and pat dry with paper towels; poke several holes in each side with a fork.
Step 2: Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow baking dish; place pork chops in dish and turn to coat.
Step 3: Cover and refrigerate at least one hour, turning occasionally.
Step 4: Place entire pan (with marinade), uncovered, in oven at 275F; bake 30 minutes or until done, turning at least once during cooking.
