Step by Step Method
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients together.

Mix together cream and milk together.
Step 3
Add liquid to dry ingredients, mix thoroughly.

Scoop out dough onto floured cutting board.

Roll out about one inch thick.
Step 6
Cut out circles with biscuit dough cutter. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake @ 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
