"I had some leftover seasoned pulled pork and just didn't want the same ordinary stuff that you do with leftover pork. So,this is what I came up with. Since " Variety Is The Spice Of Life " please feel free to use whatever seasoned pulled pork and sliced cheese you have on hand.I bet this would be really good with a bowl of tomato soup. Step by Step Method

Step 1

Butter each slice of bread on one side only,using 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine.

Step 2

Place one slice of bread, butter side down in a medium size skillet that has been preheated over medium heat.

Step 3

Add the cheese of your choice, top cheese evenly with warmed meat.

Step 4

Top with other slice of bread,butter side up.

Step 5

Cook until one side is golden browned,turn until other side is browned.
