  • 2 slices white bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine,divided
  • 1/3 cup leftover seasoned pulled pork ,slightly warmed( I used just a bit more than 1/3 cup )
  • 1 slice of American Cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Butter each slice of bread on one side only,using 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine.

  • Step 2: Place one slice of bread, butter side down in a medium size skillet that has been preheated over medium heat.

  • Step 3: Add the cheese of your choice, top cheese evenly with warmed meat.

  • Step 4: Top with other slice of bread,butter side up.

  • Step 5: Cook until one side is golden browned,turn until other side is browned.
