Oooh, ten stars all the way! The many flavors come together so well, each one totally balanced. The vinegar adds a bit of je ne sais quoi that seems a bit off-putting at first, but then brings all of the flavors together. Towards the end, I embedded some leftover spicy chicken thighs to warm through and had a fantastic meal. Thanks for sharing - we'll be having this again and again!
