Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*.

Spray 12 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray or line with paper liners.

In a large bowl

Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves.

In a meduim bowl, combine buttermilk, egg, brown sugar and oil.

Add to the dry ingredients,
