"We love spaghetti squash, this is my favorite way to prepare the squash to enjoy with the toppings of our choice be it spaghetti sauce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese and snipped herbs or Pesto."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds, if difficult to cut a few minutes in the microwave will make halving easier
Step 3
Brush cut side with oil, season with a sprinkling of salt and pepper, place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper cut side up
Step 4
Bake in 350 oven for 35-45 minutes or until squash separates easily from the skin, cool for approximately 20 minutes, use a fork to scoop and separate squash strands
Step 5
Place in a serving dish, serve with a side of your favorite spaghetti toppings, spaghetti sauce, freshly snipped herbs with shredded cheeses and halved cherry tomatoes or pesto are all excellent choices
