"These meatballs are seasoned with basic ingredients, so they are great to toss into any sauce, use in meatball subs, or eat on their own with a dipping sauce. These keep well frozen. I freeze them on a cookie sheet, and when they are frozen through, I vacuum pack them by the dozen."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Mix everything together in a large bowl and form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs.

Step 3

Place the meatballs on a large, non-stick, rimmed baking sheet. (You will have around 50 to 54 meatballs)

Step 4

Place in the oven on the middle rack and cook until no longer pink in the middle and they are cooked through. This will depend on how thick you make your meatballs, mine usually take about 25 to 30 minutes. Give the pan a shake after 10 or 15 minutes so the meatballs don't stick.
