Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 pounds of ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper.

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: Mix everything together in a large bowl and form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs.

  • Step 3: Place the meatballs on a large, non-stick, rimmed baking sheet. (You will have around 50 to 54 meatballs)

  • Step 4: Place in the oven on the middle rack and cook until no longer pink in the middle and they are cooked through. This will depend on how thick you make your meatballs, mine usually take about 25 to 30 minutes. Give the pan a shake after 10 or 15 minutes so the meatballs don't stick.
