Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in wok or large skillet.
Step 2
Add rice and cook until heated through, stirring constantly and breaking up any clumps.
Step 3
Make a well in the center of the rice.
Step 4
Pour the eggs into the well.
Step 5
Stir the eggs until scrambled.
Step 6
Stir rice and eggs together until well-mixed.
Step 7
Stir in salt and pepper.
Step 8
Add scallion and serve.
