"Thoren is a dry Kerala curry (from South India) made with finely chopped vegetables, grated coconut, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. The coconut is mixed into a paste with spices and water before it's added to the cooking vegetables. Since the vegetables are cut small, the cooking time is relatively short."
