"Easy recipe that you will remember in your head! My family loves them! The batch in the pictures, is actually a doubled batch, made with chunky peanut butter and half of the dough I added chocolate chips. "

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, roll with your hands into walnut sized balls. Place balls on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.

Step 2

Press each cookie with fork tines in a criss cross pattern. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. When you take out of oven, let sit for a minute before taking off cookie sheet. Grab a glass of milk and enjoy! **This recipe is correct and contains no flour!

Great cookies! My family loves them - and the vanilla - some recipes I've seen don't include it. This is one of the recipes I've taught my son who will be moving out on his own soon - simple, easy and delicious! Thanks Dissie :)
