So easy and so good, we loved these cookies, I increased the sugar amount to 3/4 cup and used mini chocolate chips, these could not be any easier to make, thank you Sandy!

These are so incredibly easy to make and wowed my peanut butter lovers this weekend. They were as good as I expect a Kraft recipe to be. They are delicous little bites that melt in your mouth! Was amazed that three ingredients could come together to make a dough that was so easy to use. I don't think it matters but I did whisk the egg with a fork before adding to the Kraft peanut butter. Scooped with my round measuring spoon, using a touch more than level which had me get 42 lush and lovely little cookies. Topped with Hershey real chocolate chippits and in my oven baked for 10 minutes. All gone!

Engrossed

I had some peanut butter to use up so decided to tag this recipe in the Billboard recipe tag game. The cookies turned out good but are not as sweet as I was expecting. I did use Planter's smooth peanut butter and added a teaspoon of vanilla. I rolled them into teaspoon sized balls but it only made 30 teeny cookies. I used bittersweet chocolate chips that were a little larger than regular ones so most cookies I just put one on. Sorry I didn't like these more Sandy. Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.
