"Protein bars are different than energy bars. Energy bars have more carbs and protein bars are meant to be more filling, and often have more protein than energy bars. I adapted this recipe from a grocery store chain called Hy-Vee. The recipe called for vanilla flavored protein powder, but whatever flavor you prefer will do. Cook time is refrigerator chill time. 96 grams protein powder equals one cup whey protein powder."
