Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Stuff Turkey with your kind of Stuffing

Rub Turkey with butter

Step 4

Flip Turkey upside down

Baste completely with butter and port mixed together

Top with bacon strips

Tent loosely with tin foil . Roast

After 30 minutes reduce heat to 325 degrees and baste every 30 minutes with port and juices from Turkey

1 hour from being done flip over and allow to brown allow 20 minutes for every pound

Let set 30 minutes rented before carving
