Step 2: Stuff Turkey with your kind of Stuffing
Step 3: Rub Turkey with butter
Step 4: Flip Turkey upside down
Step 5: Baste completely with butter and port mixed together
Step 6: Top with bacon strips
Step 7: Tent loosely with tin foil . Roast
Step 8: After 30 minutes reduce heat to 325 degrees and baste every 30 minutes with port and juices from Turkey
Step 9: 1 hour from being done flip over and allow to brown allow 20 minutes for every pound
Step 10: Let set 30 minutes rented before carving
