Step 1

Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Cover to keep warm.

Step 2

Meanwhile, in 10 inch skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain.

Step 3

Stir in pasta sauce and water. Reduce heat to medium, simmer uncovered 5 minutes.

Step 4

Stir in cooked pasta.

Step 5

In small bowl, mix sour cream and cheese.

Step 6

Spoon over pasta mixture.

Step 7

Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.

Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

Makes a very easy week night supper with lots of flavour. Didn't have any zita pasta , used what i had, rainbow shapes veggie pasta, and our favourite sharp cheddar cheese. the touch of sour cream really added to the flavour of the dish. I will be making it again, thanks for posting.  Forgot to mention that i just made half a recipe for the two of us. it was more than enough/ .
