Step 1

Cook pasta , drain.

Step 2

In skillet saute onion, mushrooms, green pepper, and garlic in butter until crisp. Add cooked pasta.

Step 3

Stir in crab meat, sour cream, salt, and basil.

Step 4

Put in casserole; top with cheese. Can put in two casseroles and freeze one.

Step 5

Bake covered at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.

Step 6

Uncover and bake for 10 minutes.

This was very good. I did make it in two casseroles with one in the freezer as suggested for a meal on another day. I didn't have any garlic so I used garlic salt for the salt and also used "light" sour cream, otherwise made as directed. An easy and good meal. Thanks for sharing!
